SMS Program Description
When you opt in to receive text messages from Wilder Automation, you may receive the following types of messages:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Job status updates and notifications
- Scheduling and rescheduling communications
- Service follow-up messages
- Customer support responses
Message frequency varies based on your service interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
User Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from Wilder Automation, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number you provided. You understand that:

Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP,” you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to re-subscribe, you may opt in again through our website or by contacting us directly.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS services are supported on all major US mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or to register for SMS messaging.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited messages, transmit harmful content, or interfere with the operation of our platform.
Limitation of Liability
Wilder Automation is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Wilder Automation. By using our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that Wilder Automation will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
